Parts and Workmanship: We ensure that the parts and workmanship of your Surron™ e-bike are free from defects for a full year from the date of purchase.
Manufacturer’s Defects: Should your bike experience any issues stemming from manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the faulty parts as per the terms outlined below.
How Long is the Warranty Valid For?
1-Year Warranty: Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to ride with confidence and trust that your Surron™ is covered under our care.
Limitations and Exclusions:
While we’re committed to keeping your ride in top condition, there are certain exclusions. Our warranty does not cover:
