Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $275 on all Surron bike orders. This fee covers all handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
Shipping Timeline & Order Cutoff Our shipping timeline is an estimate that includes two key phases: processing time and transit time. To ensure we can maintain our delivery promise, all orders must be placed by our daily cutoff time.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
- Order Cutoff Time: The cutoff time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Transit Time: Once your order is processed and prepared for shipping, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier. Transit time is typically 1-2 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered from the time of purchase.
Shipping Carriers, Tracking, & Restrictions To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your high-value product, we use a trusted carrier such as FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey.
- Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of our products, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. This is for your security and to prevent theft.
- Geographic Restrictions: We currently only ship to customers within the Continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
