Return Period
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. It must also include all manuals and accessories that were included in the original delivery.
Non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items damaged as a result of customer misuse, or if they are returned after the return period has expired.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Email us at contact@mainstreetsurronbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Do not send the item back without receiving an RMA number.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee
