If you are not completely happy with your used Surron™ electric motorcycle or parts, we’ve created a straightforward return and refund policy for you. Please read the following terms to understand how we handle returns and refunds.



Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Timeframe: Our return window lasts 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.



Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory concerns:

  • Used or damaged parts

  • Battery components that have been used or tampered with

  • Custom orders or special requests

  • Any items that show signs of damage not caused by us



Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • The item is missing parts that were not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 45 days after the original purchase date.



Refund Process:

Sale Items:
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.



Exchanges:

Gift Returns:

If you received your Surron™ as a gift, the following applies:

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver directly, the gift giver will receive the refund.



Shipping Returns:

To return an item:
